WAVE is a non-profit organization registered with ACNC in Australia. Donations are tax deductible in Australia. We deliver our services in Pakistan thru Shahnaz & Bashir Malik Educational Trust.

We are a small team of dedicated volunteers who came together to assist the underprivileged communities in Pakistan. We are focused on keeping our expenses low so that donations are mostly spent on projects.

Our key projects are Orphan Care, Community water pumps, wheelchairs, Ramadan Ration for widows and other underprivileged, Ramadan Iftar cum dinners, educational facilities and Eid gifts.

ORPHAN CARE

An orphange is being built in Islamabad. WAVE will provide free shelter, education, health and living support to orphans and widows

WATER PROJECTS

Provide clean drinking water to the underprivileged communities in remote areas

RATION DISTRIBUTION

Provide ration to orphans, widows and underprivileged especially during Ramadan and under Disaster

MOBILITY AIDS

Provide wheelchairs to less able people to assist with their mobility.

EID GIFTS

Donate eid gifts to orphans, widows and Deserving children.

RAMADAN IFTAAR

Host an Iftar dinner during Ramadan.

SCHOOL BUILDING

WAVE has built buildings for Government schools. These schools are operated by Government

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

WAVE strives to provide support such as food in case of natural disasters.

Our Philosophy

Water Project-Hand Pump

We have successfully installed 342 hand pumps for approximately 100,000 individual beneficiaries in the different remote areas of interior Sindh and Punjab provinces in Pakistan with a cost of 17.1 million.

Objectives

The following main objectives have successfully achieved:

Provided access to clean drinking water to underprivileged communities in two provinces of Pakistan.
Implementation of different types of projects according to the need of local population.
Utilized the local manpower for the installation of hand pumps.
Establishment of respective regional support centres to look after the projects.

During Ramadan 2026, WAVE Australia delivered around 14,000 iftar meals in Pakistan Town, Islamabad—serving 400–500 people each day, with a focus on labourers and underserved communities who rely on consistent access to food.Meals are served at a well-managed site in Islamabad, equipped with hygiene protocols, and orderly distribution systems.
